DELIVERY TIME - Latvia, Baltic States

The order will be shipped within 2-5 days of receiving payment. If payment is not made, the order will be automatically canceled within 7 days of making it. Delivery via parcel terminals could take up to 1-3 working days. Due to the holidays deliveries could be delayed for up to 7 working days. Delivery via Latvijas Pasts could take up to 30 days. If you have not received your order within 30 days, please contact us at  [email protected] .

Delivery by the courier could take up to 1-3 working days. Due to the holidays, deliveries could be delayed for up to 7 working days. If you have not received your order within 7 working days, please contact us at  [email protected] . Please note:

• Deliveries are being done during working days (9:00 - 18:00). Please indicate the adress in order to receive the delivery.
• The delivery address must be as detailed as possible. All the necessary additional information, such as the door code, must be provided to enable the courier to deliver the package on time. If the address is incorrect or inaccurate the delivery time may be extended.
• Please make sure to provide the correct phone number.
• At the time of delivery, the courier has the right to request a personal identification document in order to to verify the identity of the recipient and to record the last 5 digits of the document number (passport, ID card or drivers license).

In case any Express shipments are required, please contact us to agree on shipping costs and possible delivery times.

DELIVERY TIME - European Union

The order will be shipped within 10 days of receiving payment. If payment is not made, the order will be automatically canceled within 7 days of making it. Delivery via Latvijas Pasts depends on cross-border postal terms, therefore it can take up to 90 days. Tracking numbers are provided for all orders. If you have not received your order within 90 days, please contact us at [email protected] .

Delivery by the courier could take up to 5-10 working days. Due to the holidays, deliveries could be delayed for up to 7 working days. If you have not received your order within 15 working days, please contact us [email protected] .
